Refund policy

 

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us via info@shoptrylinen.com for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns:
 
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Damages and issues: 

Contact us immediately if the package arrives damaged. Please send us picture proof with the documentation via email info@shoptrylinen.com.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us via info@shoptrylinen.com

Custom and sales taxes:

The buyer is liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) on the receipt of your order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via info@shoptrylinen.com and ship your item to us as per "Return" guidelines.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
